Rockstar Games has officially revealed Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a limited-edition Collector’s Box packed with physical GTA 6 merchandise inspired by Leonida and Vice City.

The collection is available to pre-order starting September 24, 2026, and is priced at $399.99 in the United States and £349.99 in the United Kingdom. It will ship on November 19, 2026, the same day Grand Theft Auto VI launches. Insider Gaming

There is one major catch: GTA 6 itself is not included.

Rockstar is selling the Vice City Collection as a standalone premium merchandise box rather than as a traditional Collector’s Edition bundled with the game. Buyers will still need to purchase the Standard or Ultimate Edition of GTA 6 separately. Insider Gaming

The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection Includes 11 Physical Items

Rockstar describes the package as a premium Collector’s Box inspired by Macca the Gator, an in-universe Leonida television character.

The collection includes a 6-inch Macca the Gator figure with a hidden stash compartment, matte-black Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses, a Leonida Keys crossbody bag, and a New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback featuring Vice City and Leonida details. Push Square

The overall package is much closer to Rockstar’s previous standalone collector boxes than a conventional special edition of the game.

GTA 6 Is Not Included in the $399.99 Price

The most important detail is that the $399.99 price does not include Grand Theft Auto VI.

That means a U.S. buyer who wants the Collector’s Box and the $79.99 Standard Edition would spend approximately $479.98 before tax, while pairing it with the $99.99 Ultimate Edition would push the combined cost to around $499.98. Rockstar is therefore not presenting the product as a replacement for the Standard or Ultimate Edition.

It is a separate collectible package intended for fans who want physical GTA 6 merchandise.

The Leak From Earlier Today Turned Out to Be Real

The announcement confirms information that surfaced only hours earlier through Rockstar Store backend data.

Dataminers discovered approximately 55 unreleased GTA 6 merchandise listings, including clothing, hats, bags, stickers, collectibles and the mysterious Vice City Collection. Insider Gaming

The backend listing described the collection as a physical product, indicated that it would be limited to one per customer and pointed toward a November 19 release.

At the time, however, there was no description of what was actually inside.

Fans began speculating that Rockstar might be preparing a surprise Collector’s Edition shortly before launch.

Rockstar’s official announcement has now confirmed the product name, release date and collector-focused nature of the package — while also clarifying that the game is sold separately.

Macca the Gator Is at the Center of the Collection

Much of the merchandise revolves around Macca the Gator, an apparently prominent fictional figure within GTA 6’s version of Leonida.

Rockstar describes the collection as being inspired by Leonida’s “hit TV show” featuring Macca.

The main centerpiece is a six-inch figure of Macca holding a drink, with a base that twists open to reveal a hidden storage compartment. Push Square

The collection also includes the Macca magnetic mirror and several other items designed around the deliberately exaggerated tourist culture and branding Rockstar has created for Vice City and Leonida.

This continues a major theme in GTA 6’s marketing: Rockstar is increasingly promoting the fictional products, characters and brands that exist inside Leonida rather than limiting merchandise to the GTA VI logo itself.

Oakley and New Era Are Part of the GTA 6 Collection

Two of the most premium items come through real-world brand collaborations.

The package includes Oakley Frogskins sunglasses, finished in matte black with Prizm Sapphire lenses and GTA 6 branding. Push Square

The Box Includes a New Leonida Poster

Another potentially interesting item is the double-sided souvenir poster.

The wording should not automatically be interpreted as confirmation that Rockstar is including a complete, detailed gameplay map of GTA 6.

The product is described as a souvenir poster, and Rockstar has not stated that it provides every road, city, landmark or explorable location in the game.

Still, with GTA 6’s full official map remaining one of the most closely watched parts of the game, the poster is likely to become one of the most scrutinized items in the entire box.

Pre-Orders Are Limited

Rockstar says the Vice City Collection will be produced in limited quantities.

That wishlist system is notable because dataminers had spotted Rockstar adding and expanding wishlist functionality shortly before the merchandise leak appeared.

In hindsight, those changes appear to have been preparation for this wider GTA 6 merchandise rollout.

Rockstar has also indicated that additional GTA 6 apparel and collectibles are coming to its store.

Latin America Will Get Separate Pre-Order Details

At launch, availability differs by region.

Rockstar has not yet announced a Brazilian price for the Collector’s Box.

GTA 6 Still Has Standard and Ultimate Editions

The Vice City Collection does not change Rockstar’s existing GTA 6 editions.

At $399.99, The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection is an unusually expensive standalone merchandise package.
